- Coverage: Managing facility service clients across the United States
Key Responsibilities
- Field Coordination: Assign, schedule, and coordinate field technicians and subcontractors across US client sites.
- Workflow & Monitoring: Track ongoing facility service requests, maintain workflow balance, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Client & Team Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients, technicians, and subcontractors throughout service lifecycles.
- Issue Escalation: Resolve day-to-day operational delays, logistical roadblocks, and client issues in real time.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience; open to entry-level candidates with high potential (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Core Skills: Strong organizational abilities, acute attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills under tight timelines.
