1. Office Coordinator / Data Entry Administrator & Accounting Assistant
This role will provide essential administrative and operational support, including tasks related to accounting. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. An accounting background is considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company documents, filing systems, and office correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of invoices, tracking of expenses, and maintaining financial records.
- Support management in daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Contribute to the organization’s overall workflow and team coordination.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in administrative support; accounting knowledge is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Part-Time: 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- Saturdays: Work hours until 1:30 PM
2. Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating impactful content, driving digital engagement, and supporting the integration of marketing and sales efforts across multiple platforms. If you’re passionate about digital storytelling, data-driven marketing, and working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management
- Develop engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more).
- Manage a content calendar and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with our graphic designer and videographer to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- CRM & Lead Management
- Monitor and manage leads through our CRM system.
- Assist the sales team by tracking leads and providing timely updates on lead status and progress.
- Website Development
- Oversee the redesign and ongoing content updates of the UK Parts website.
- Ensure seamless integration of new divisions into the website structure and content.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with strategic objectives.
- Generate regular performance reports covering content engagement, website traffic, and lead conversions.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Monday-Thursday : On-site at UK Parts Offices
- Friday: Work from Home
3.Outdoor Sales Representative – Oil & Battery Division
Seeking a motivated sales professional with proven experience in oil and battery products. Responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets within the automotive market. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven sales experience in oil and battery sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Must own a personal car
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic salary plus commission on sales
- Insurance coverage

Work Schedule:
- In-office attendance twice weekly
- Market visits Monday through Saturday
