Summer Job in Batroun
Fro.U is looking for a friendly Server / Waiter to join our team at our Frozen Yogurt Kiosk in Batroun. This is a summer/seasonal position, with both full-time and part-time shifts available. If you have a positive attitude, love interacting with people, and want to work in a high-energy summer environment, we would love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Service: Welcoming customers warmly, explaining flavors, and assisting them with their frozen yogurt selections.
– Order Preparation: Serving, portioning, and beautifully presenting frozen yogurt and toppings according to brand standards.
– Kiosk Operations: Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, including the topping bar and seating area.
– Cash Handling: Managing the point-of-sale (POS) system and processing payments accurately.
– Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure quick service and a great customer experience during peak hours.
Requirements:
– Attitude: A bright, positive mindset with an outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys meeting and talking to people.
– Availability: Flexible to work shifts (full-time or part-time) through the summer season until the end of September.
– Skills: Good communication skills and a basic understanding of customer service or hospitality principles.
– Location: Ideally based in or near Batroun for easy daily commuting.
