1. Waiters / Waitresses

Provide exceptional table service

Ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests

Maintain a clean and organized section
2. Bar Staff

Prepare and serve beverages with consistency

Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels

Ensure proper handling of bar equipment

Deliver a friendly and engaging bar experience
3. Runners

Support waiters with food & beverage delivery

Ensure timely service from kitchen to table

Assist in maintaining the dining area
4. Hostess
-
Greet and seat guests professionally

Manage reservations and guest flow

Maintain a welcoming and organized entrance area
5. Kitchen Crew
-
Assist in food preparation

Follow hygiene & safety standards
-
Ensure high-quality service behind the scenes
6. Driver (On-Site – Rabieh, Maten)
-
Must hold a 10T Driving License
-
Lebanese nationality (only)
-
Professional, punctual, and reliable
-
Previous experience in delivery or transportation within the F&B sector is a plus.
7. Chef De Partie (Central Kitchen) – On-Site, Rabieh – Maten
-
Experience in butchery is required

Ability to handle high-volume production
-
Strong food safety and hygiene standards
8. KITCHEN MANAGER (SUD – Dbayeh)
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong leadership & team-management skills
-
High standards in food quality & safety
-
Ability to supervise kitchen operations efficiently
