1. Waiters / Waitresses

  • Provide exceptional table service

  • Take orders accurately & upsell menu items

  • Ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests

  • Maintain a clean and organized section

2. Bar Staff

  • Prepare and serve beverages with consistency

  • Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels

  • Ensure proper handling of bar equipment

  • Deliver a friendly and engaging bar experience

3. Runners

  • Support waiters with food & beverage delivery

  • Ensure timely service from kitchen to table

  • Assist in maintaining the dining area

4. Hostess

  • Greet and seat guests professionally

  • Manage reservations and guest flow

  • Maintain a welcoming and organized entrance area

5. Kitchen Crew

  • Assist in food preparation

  • Follow hygiene & safety standards

  • Ensure high-quality service behind the scenes

6. Driver (On-Site – Rabieh, Maten)

  • Must hold a 10T Driving License

  • Lebanese nationality (only)

  • Professional, punctual, and reliable

  • Previous experience in delivery or transportation within the F&B sector is a plus.

7. Chef De Partie (Central Kitchen) – On-Site, Rabieh – Maten

  • Experience in butchery is required

  • Ability to handle high-volume production

  • Strong food safety and hygiene standards

 8. KITCHEN MANAGER (SUD – Dbayeh)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong leadership & team-management skills

  • High standards in food quality & safety

  • Ability to supervise kitchen operations efficiently
