🥖 Sourdough Baker
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake sourdough and artisan breads
• Manage fermentation processes and dough development
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
• Monitor stock and ingredients
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sourdough or artisan baking
• Strong understanding of fermentation techniques
• Attention to detail and passion for baking
• Ability to work early shifts and under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
☕ Coffee Barista & Cashier
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle cashier duties and transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station
• Assist customers with orders and recommendations
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
