The Virgin Lands is seeking an experienced, highly-organized Secretary/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support directly to a leading businesswoman.
This crucial role requires exceptional discretion, proactive management, and the ability to maintain smooth operations across business and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and coordinating conference calls across multiple time zones.

Handle confidential correspondence, document preparation, and executive communications.

Maintain highly organized filing and documentation systems, both digital and physical.

Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and directing inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Manage office supplies, handle basic bookkeeping, and assist with project tracking as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Essential: Proven track record (2+ years) in a secretarial, administrative assistant, or personal assistant role.

Core Skill: Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern scheduling tools.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity is mandatory.
