The Virgin Lands is seeking an experienced, highly-organized Secretary/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support directly to a leading businesswoman.

This crucial role requires exceptional discretion, proactive management, and the ability to maintain smooth operations across business and administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and coordinating conference calls across multiple time zones.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, document preparation, and executive communications.

  • Maintain highly organized filing and documentation systems, both digital and physical.

  • Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and directing inquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Manage office supplies, handle basic bookkeeping, and assist with project tracking as needed.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Essential: Proven track record (2+ years) in a secretarial, administrative assistant, or personal assistant role.

  • Core Skill: Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern scheduling tools.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity is mandatory.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English required).
