As a Saleswoman, you will assist customers in selecting products, provide professional advice, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience while contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and home décor products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and collections.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and orders.
- Work collaboratively with the showroom team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or showroom sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for interior design, furniture, or home décor.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills are an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic; English is an asset.
