A prestigious fashion atelier representing an internationally recognized luxury brand is seeking a passionate and customer-focused In-Store Saleswoman to join its boutique in Mina El Hosn, Beirut. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail sales and a strong interest in fashion, luxury brands, and personalized customer service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in creating exceptional shopping experiences, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the boutique’s sales growth while maintaining the highest luxury retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that match their preferences and style.
- Drive sales through effective product presentation and customer engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience in line with brand standards.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising, product displays, and overall presentation.
- Stay informed about fashion trends, new collections, and luxury brands.
- Support daily store operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the retail industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional education or training in Fashion, Retail, or Sales is considered an advantage.
