Sales Manager – Threads & Colors

Threads & Colors is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales activities, strengthen supplier and brand relationships, develop pricing and promotional strategies, and oversee logistics and operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to drive sales growth while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Supplier & Brand Management

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Ensure brand standards and objectives are achieved.

Pricing & Promotions Strategy

• Develop competitive pricing structures.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market conditions and customer demand.
• Monitor promotional performance and ROI.

Logistics & Operations Oversight

• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams.
• Monitor inventory availability and stock levels.
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and distribution processes.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales management, preferably within retail, fashion, apparel, or distribution sectors.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
