About the Role
PEARL BRANDS is looking for driven Sales Executives to represent our portfolio of leading retail brands. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences, achieving sales objectives, and maintaining brand standards on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and advise customers to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Drive sales performance to consistently meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, promotions, and stock availability.
- Assist in visual merchandising, floor replenishment, and inventory management.
Candidate Qualifications
- Experience: Prior background in retail sales, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
