1. Shop Managers

• Key Role: Direct end-to-end store operations, P&L targets, and team leadership.

• Responsibilities: Manage store staff schedules, drive daily sales targets, oversee inventory control, and enforce brand operational standards on the retail floor.

2. Sales Executives

• Key Role: Deliver personalized shopping experiences and drive direct retail sales.

• Responsibilities: Engage store visitors, present collection highlights, handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and maintain product display standards.

3. Visual Merchandiser

• Key Role: Transform retail spaces into engaging visual customer experiences.

• Responsibilities: Execute regional visual merchandising guidelines, curate window displays, optimize floor layout ergonomics, and manage floor lighting and styling.

General Requirements

• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or customer-facing service roles (specific to the applied position).

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in Arabic and English (French proficiency is a plus).

• Customer-centric attitude, high grooming standards, and adaptability to retail shift schedules.
