A well-established restaurant in Antelias is expanding its team and is now hiring qualified and experienced candidates to fill several positions in the kitchen and delivery operations. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong technical skills, teamwork abilities, and a passion for food quality and safety.

Open Positions

1. Hot Section Cook

Specialties: Grill, Charcoal, Fryer
Requirements:

• Experience in hot kitchen sections

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong attention to detail and cooking standards

2. Salad Bar / Burger & Sandwich Section Cook

Requirements:

• Experience in cold and fast-prep sections

• Ability to prepare salads, burgers, and sandwiches efficiently

• Good sense of hygiene and food handling

3. Pasta Cook

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of pasta preparation and sauces

• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously

• Good workflow and time management skills

4. Delivery Supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience

• Strong organizational & leadership skills

• Familiarity with delivery apps and mapping tools

• Ability to oversee drivers and ensure smooth delivery operations

5. Sous Chef – Central Preparation Kitchen

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong leadership and multitasking ability

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations

• Ability to manage prep work and support team members
