SHAMMAS is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction and engineering projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong leadership abilities, and expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage engineering and construction projects.
• Develop detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors when required.
• Resolve project challenges while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
