About the Role
Copper is looking for an organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our team in Zouk Mikael for the PM shift (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM). In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating field operations, managing service requests, and maintaining high standards of client communication.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate field technicians and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Assign, monitor, and follow up on client service requests.

Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the service lifecycle.

Address and resolve operational issues, delays, or escalations.

Support daily multi-job workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements & Qualifications

Language: Strong written and spoken English capabilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant operational or administrative experience.
