Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate field technicians and subcontractors.
- Assign service requests to the appropriate technicians.
- Follow up on service requests and ensure timely completion.
- Keep clients informed throughout the service process.
- Monitor ongoing jobs and ensure smooth workflow.
- Resolve operational issues, delays, and escalations.
- Coordinate multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.
- Support the daily operations workflow.
- Maintain effective communication with technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure service requests are properly followed up until completion.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle operational issues and escalations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
