Copper/Expert Hands are currently hiring motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team in Zouk. We are looking for both an Operations Executive and an Admin Assistant to support and enhance our daily business operations.


Position 1: Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operational processes
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure efficiency
  • Track performance and prepare operational reports
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in operations is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Position 2: Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks
  • Manage emails, calls, and internal correspondence
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation
  • Support team members with daily office needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
  • Prior experience in administration preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
