Copper/Expert Hands are currently hiring motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team in Zouk. We are looking for both an Operations Executive and an Admin Assistant to support and enhance our daily business operations.
Position 1: Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational processes
- Coordinate between departments to ensure efficiency
- Track performance and prepare operational reports
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in operations is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position 2: Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage emails, calls, and internal correspondence
- Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Maintain filing systems and documentation
- Support team members with daily office needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
- Prior experience in administration preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
