We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join an international support team serving some of the world’s largest companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing communications, tracking project progress, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects, work orders, and daily operational tasks.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, vendors, and field teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update systems, databases, and shared files.
- Follow up on pending tasks and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in improving workflow efficiency and team coordination.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
