Job Overview

Spectra Solutions is currently hiring motivated and qualified candidates to join our dynamic team in Kaslik. We are looking for individuals who share our mission to drive excellence and deliver impact across operations, client management, compliance, and administration.

Open Positions and Requirements

1. Operation Manager

  • Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, optimize workflow processes, and drive overall team performance.

  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

2. Account Manager

  • Responsibilities: Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

3. Compliance Officer

  • Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure that all company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards are strictly met and maintained.

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

4. Administrative Officer

  • Responsibilities: Support day-to-day office operations, manage critical documentation, and maintain smooth internal administrative processes.

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Schedule and Location

  • Work Location: Kaslik, Lebanon (On-site)

  • Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
