About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Social Media Specialist with up to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media management, editing and digital marketing with a solid command of English. This role requires a proactive individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Boosting & Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring increased engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Content Editing & Enhancement: Create, edit, and optimize multimedia content (e.g., images, videos, graphics) tailored to platform-specific requirements and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to maintain brand consistency and execute campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
  • Technical Execution: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, utilizing tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms to boost campaign performance and ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, social media metrics, and audience engagement to identify opportunities for optimization and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Content Scheduling & Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and management of the content calendar, ensuring that posts are delivered on time and align with campaign goals.
  • Plan and manage events, including brainstorming, logistics, and post-event follow-up to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for clients and employees.
  • Community Engagement & Management: Interact with followers and manage online communities, ensuring consistent and timely responses to inquiries, comments, and feedback.
  • Platform Strategy: Stay updated with social media algorithms, emerging trends, and best practices to develop innovative campaign strategies that keep the brand ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of professional experience in social media management, campaign boosting, or digital marketing, with a strong focus on technical execution and content editing.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Skilled in editing and optimizing visual and video content to suit platform specifications. Experience with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and time management.
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Experience in collaborating with agencies and external partners.
  • Interest or experience in finance is a plus.
