Role Summary
Servix Solutions is seeking a sharp, experienced Lead Dispatch to join our Remote Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the “command center” for our field operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our mobile technicians. You will be responsible for owning their daily schedules and ensuring all service calls are executed with high precision, efficiency, and professional excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Serve as the central hub between clients and mobile technicians.

Dynamic Scheduling: Manage, assign, and optimize technician schedules in real-time to maximize daily output and reduce response times.

Technical Coordination: Apply knowledge of plumbing and electrical services to accurately prioritize and assign tasks based on technician expertise.

Performance Monitoring: Ensure all service calls are completed according to company SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and quality standards.

Conflict Resolution: Act as a first responder to scheduling conflicts or on-site issues, providing immediate problem-solving support to field teams.

Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with all stakeholders under pressure.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or operations coordination.

Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of plumbing and electrical maintenance is essential for effective task allocation.

Software Proficiency: Comfort using dispatching software, CRM tools, and GPS tracking systems.

Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a “think-on-your-feet” attitude.

Stress Management: Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working the PM shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
