Open Positions
1. Pastry Demi Chef de Partie
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastry items
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Work closely with the pastry team to ensure consistency and quality
2. Commis Kitchen
- Support chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
3. Kitchen Manager
- Oversee full kitchen operations and staff
- Ensure quality control, hygiene, and efficiency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
