Open Positions

1. Pastry Demi Chef de Partie

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastry items
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Work closely with the pastry team to ensure consistency and quality

2. Commis Kitchen

  • Support chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking tasks
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

3. Kitchen Manager

  • Oversee full kitchen operations and staff
  • Ensure quality control, hygiene, and efficiency
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
