Position: Kitchen Commis
Location: Cantina Sociale, Achrafieh – Lebanon

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily food preparation and mise-en-place

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Support chefs with basic cooking tasks

• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
