Position 1: Commis Chef – Central Kitchen

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Commis Chef to join our Central Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards are followed at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Team player with good time management skills


Position 2: Commis Chef – Hot Section

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Commis Chef – Hot Section to support daily kitchen operations, assist in cooking hot dishes, and maintain quality and consistency according to restaurant standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hot Section Commis Chef

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency


Working Hours:

  • Full-time position

  • AM and PM shifts available
