Bonsai Flowers is looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join its team as Indoor Sales & Flower Decoration Events Sales Representatives. Successful candidates will assist customers in-store, promote flower arrangements and event decoration services, and provide an exceptional customer experience at either the Mansourieh or Jisr El Bacha branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Promote and sell flowers, bouquets, and event decoration services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable floral arrangements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain an organized and attractive showroom.
- Support sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Young, enthusiastic candidate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Working Schedule
Rotating shifts:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Flexible schedules are available for undergraduate students.
