Marbella Hotel is recruiting a professional, welcoming, and organized Receptionist to join their hospitality team in Sahel Alma. As the face of the hotel, you will manage front-desk operations, handle guest relations, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front office or a high-volume customer service role is highly preferred.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of the English language.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience with hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) is a major plus.

Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Presentation: Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a frontline hospitality role.

Flexibility: Full availability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours & Schedule:

Schedule: 6 working days per week (1 day off).

Rotational Shifts:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Night Audit Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
