We are currently looking for:

 Chef de Partie

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations & food safety

• Ability to lead a section and support the head chef

 Commis

• 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen

• Supports senior chefs in food prep and basic cooking

 Waiters

• 1–3 years of front-of-house experience

• Excellent communication & guest service skills

• Confident with menu knowledge and order handling

Runners

• 6 months to 1 year of experience

• Fast, efficient, and team-oriented

• Responsible for delivering food & beverages quickly and safely
