🔹 Manage waitstaff & captains
🔹 Oversee smooth daily operations
🔹 Ensure top-quality guest service & staff coordination
2. Pastry Chef
🔹 Prepare and present baked goods & desserts
🔹 Maintain high standards in taste, hygiene & presentation
🔹 Oversee pastry kitchen, inventory, and may lead a small team
3. Chef de Partie (Western Cuisine)
🔹 Prepare high-quality Western dishes
🔹 Ensure consistency, presentation & taste
🔹 Must have Western cuisine experience & creativity in execution
4. Chef de Partie – Cold Section
🔹Prepare and present high-quality cold dishes, salads, and appetizers.
🔹 Maintain food hygiene, proper storage, and portion control.
🔹 Support the kitchen team and guide junior staff in the cold section.
🔹 Ensure consistent quality and creativity in all menu items.
