Pearl Brands is looking for motivated, customer-oriented professionals to join its retail team in several locations across Beirut and Mount Lebanon. The company is currently hiring Shop Supervisors to support its stores and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Locations: ABC Dbayeh and ABC Achrafieh
Position Overview
Pearl Brands is looking for experienced and responsible Shop Supervisors to oversee daily store activities, support the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving sales and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the sales team during daily operations.
- Ensure customers receive excellent and professional service.
- Monitor sales activities and support the achievement of store targets.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Assist in organizing staff schedules and daily shift activities.
- Ensure proper product presentation and visual merchandising.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment when needed.
- Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and aligned with company standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of promotions and sales activities.
- Follow up on daily store operations and report issues to management.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or a supervisory position is preferred.
- Previous team-management experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused and commercially aware.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Flexibility to work AM, Mid, and PM shifts.
Working Conditions
Both positions are subject to the following working conditions:
- Shifts: AM, Mid, and PM
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Days Off: 1 day off per week
- NSSF: Registration required
