Pearl Brands is looking for motivated, customer-oriented professionals to join its retail team in several locations across Beirut and Mount Lebanon. The company is currently hiring Sales Executives to support its stores and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Position Overview

Pearl Brands is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Sales Executives to join its retail team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, supporting sales activities, and ensuring that the store maintains high standards of customer service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional and friendly assistance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Present product features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and replenished.
• Keep the sales area clean, attractive, and well-presented.
• Assist with stock handling and daily store operations when required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and target-oriented personality.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including AM, Mid, and PM shifts.

Working Conditions

Both positions are subject to the following working conditions:

• Shifts: AM, Mid, and PM
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Days Off: 1 day off per week
• NSSF: Registration required
