1. Floor Manager / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow

• Lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house staff

• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

• Handle staff scheduling, coordination, and on-floor problem solving

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations

• Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment

2. Waiters / Waitresses – Hostess – Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service

• Take orders accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience is required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional attitude with strong teamwork skills

3. Sushi Chefs & Hot Food Chefs

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dishes according to TSUNAMI quality standards

• Ensure consistency, presentation, and taste

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times

• Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role

• Ability to work under pressure

• Strong commitment to quality and hygiene standards
