Monza.R Quality Diesel Distribution is expanding its team and is currently hiring for two exciting opportunities: Female Field Sales Executive / Female Outdoor Sales Representative and Female Outbound Call Agent. The company is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused professionals to support its sales growth and customer engagement efforts.
Available Positions
1. Female Field Sales Executive / Female Outdoor Sales Representative
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting Monza.R’s diesel distribution services throughout Beirut and surrounding areas.
Coverage Area: Beirut and Suburbs
2. Female Outbound Call Agent
The successful candidate will contact potential and existing customers, generate leads, schedule appointments, promote company services, and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits and client meetings (Sales Executive role).
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers (Call Agent role).
- Achieve sales and performance targets.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer skills.
