Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other accounting records.
• Perform account reconciliations and verify financial data.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and accounting statements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Follow up on accounting-related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments when needed to ensure accurate financial information.
• Perform additional accounting duties as assigned by management.
