Hiring a Female Outbound Sales Specialist – MONZA

MONZA is looking for a Female Outbound Sales Specialist to join its team in Airport Road.

The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent communication and persuasion skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, promoting products and services, generating sales opportunities, following up with leads, and building strong customer relationships.

This position is suited for a motivated sales professional who is comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and is driven by achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and promote MONZA’s products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Generate new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
• Update and manage customer and lead information regularly.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
• Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

• Female candidate required.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good command of English.
• Good computer skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is required.
