We are seeking an experienced and results-driven High-Ticket Indoor Telesales Closer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-ticket medical sales, patient coordination, and CRM management. This role focuses on nurturing leads, managing sales pipelines, handling objections, and converting qualified prospects into clients for premium medical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurture and follow up with long-term leads.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records.
- Handle high-ticket sales objections professionally.
- Guide prospects through the sales process until closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Coordinate with patients and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales.
- Previous experience in medical sales and lead nurturing.
- Experience in patient coordination is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: $500 per month
- Aggressive incremental commission structure.

- First 4 successful closings can equal the value of the base salary.
- Additional closings significantly increase overall earnings through commissions.
