1) Head Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the service team

• Ensure high-quality guest experience and service standards

• Train and mentor waitstaff

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

• Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent customer service orientation

• Ability to work under pressure

2) Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests professionally

• Take accurate food and beverage orders

• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained

• Provide attentive and personalized service

• Follow hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus

• Good communication skills

• Friendly and positive attitude

3) Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival

• Answer phone calls and emails

• Provide information about rooms and services

• Maintain professional front desk operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front desk or hospitality preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
