1. Graphic Designer – Social Media Focus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with a strong background in social media content creation. You will be responsible for producing visually engaging content tailored to various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling graphics for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.

  • Develop social media visuals that align with branding and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to plan visual campaigns.

  • Edit and retouch photos and videos for digital use.

  • Maintain consistency across all digital assets and social media posts.

  • Stay current with visual and digital trends, memes, and audience preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience (social media focus preferred).

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual storytelling, and creative range.

  • Experience in content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Knowledge of video editing, reels creation, and basic photography (a plus).

  • Understanding of content trends, social media algorithms, and hashtag strategies.

2. Administrative Assistant / Secretary

Experience Level: Mid-Level (2–3 years)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Secretary to support our team. The ideal candidate is professional, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and staff.

  • Organize meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents.

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.

  • Answer phones and route communications as necessary.

  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
