Technical & Maintenance Positions

1. Technical Operator

Qualification: TS Electrical / Industrial Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production and industrial machinery

  • Perform routine checks and ensure smooth machine operation

  • Report technical issues and assist in troubleshooting

  • Follow safety, quality, and production standards

Requirements:

  • TS degree in Electrical or Industrial Mechanical

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus

  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in shifts

2. Technicians

Qualification: BT / TS / LT – Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems

  • Ensure equipment efficiency and safety compliance

  • Support production and maintenance teams

Requirements:

  • Technical degree (BT, TS, or LT) in relevant field

  • Hands-on maintenance experience preferred

  • Ability to work under pressure and in team environments

3. Mechanical Section Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team

  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules

  • Ensure optimal performance of mechanical systems

  • Coordinate with production and engineering departments

Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical engineering or technical background

  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience

  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities

4. Electrical Section Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all electrical maintenance activities

  • Manage electrical systems, panels, and machinery

  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

  • Lead and develop electrical technicians

Requirements:

  • Electrical engineering or technical degree

  • Solid experience in industrial electrical systems

  • Leadership and troubleshooting expertise

5. HVAC Section Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HVAC systems maintenance and performance

  • Manage HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Ensure energy efficiency and safety standards

  • Supervise HVAC technicians

Requirements:

  • HVAC engineering or technical background

  • Strong experience with industrial HVAC systems

  • Team leadership experience

6. General Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise overall maintenance operations

  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and HVAC teams

  • Plan maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime

  • Monitor performance and maintenance KPIs

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background

  • Experience in industrial maintenance supervision

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Sales & Commercial Positions

7. Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support sales teams

  • Monitor sales performance and targets

  • Develop sales strategies and market coverage

  • Ensure brand visibility and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Sales supervision experience (FMCG preferred)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Market and territory management knowledge

8. Cash Van

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products to customers and collect payments

  • Maintain accurate cash and delivery records

  • Ensure timely and safe product distribution

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license

  • Experience in cash handling and route sales

  • Strong honesty and reliability

9. Merchandisers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper product display and shelf availability

  • Monitor stock levels and expiry dates

  • Implement merchandising standards and promotions

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising or retail is a plus

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in the field

Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document inspection results and report non-conformance issues.

  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of quality standards and testing procedures.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
