1. Food Buyer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Food Buyer to strategically lead our product sourcing efforts. This role requires a proven professional with a deep understanding of food procurement, exceptional negotiation skills, and a commitment to securing high-quality products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and select a diverse range of food products in alignment with company standards and market demands.
  • Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and contracts with new and existing suppliers to optimize cost efficiencies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and reliable delivery.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging products, potential suppliers, and industry trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams for accurate purchasing forecasts.
  • Ensure all procured food items strictly comply with health regulations, quality standards, and company specifications.
  • Analyze purchasing data, market performance, and sales figures to inform and refine buying strategies.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Food Buyer is mandatory, preferably within the food retail, distribution, or HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering) sector.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a clear focus on value and quality assurance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food products, supply chain dynamics, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.


2. Assistant Buyer

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Buyer to provide essential support to our procurement team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Food Buyer in all aspects of sourcing and selecting food products.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations related to purchasing activities.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks and data entry for purchasing records.
  • Help ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in the food industry and a desire to build a career in procurement.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or entry-level buying role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills with strong attention to detail.

3. Administrative Assistant
