An established luxury jewelry boutique is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and executive operations at our headquarters on the Jal El Dib Highway.
If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a corporate mindset, this role offers a stable, structured environment with fixed daytime hours and weekends off.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage daily schedules, coordinate corporate appointments, and streamline executive tasks.

Communications: Act as the primary, professional point of contact for high-end clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Office Coordination: Maintain an organized, efficient workspace and assist with day-to-day administrative operations.

Field Coordination: Handle localized business errands and logistics as required.
Schedule and Logistics

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Interview Process: Initial screenings may be conducted via Zoom or in-person.
