We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Massage Therapist to join our team of expert professionals and deliver therapeutic excellence in a supportive, community-focused environment.

The Therapeutic Massage Therapist is responsible for providing world-class, customized massage treatments that support our clients’ physical recovery, mental calm, and emotional well-being. This role requires collaboration with our Physiotherapy and Pilates teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Customized Therapeutic Sessions: Deliver a variety of professional massage treatments, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Relaxation, and Trigger Point Therapy, tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs and health goals (muscle tension, recovery, stress relief).
• Client Consultation & Care: Conduct thorough initial consultations, maintain detailed records, and provide clear post-treatment recommendations for self-care and follow-up.
• Holistic Integration: Collaborate with eek!’s physiotherapists and Pilates instructors to recommend integrated wellness plans for chronic pain management and enhanced recovery.
• Sanctuary Maintenance: Ensure the massage therapy room and equipment are consistently maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort.
• Client Experience: Uphold the eek! philosophy, ensuring every client feels welcomed, respected, and receives a relaxing and restorative experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Gender: Female (Required for client comfort and studio operational needs).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience delivering therapeutic massage in a clinical, wellness, or high-end spa setting.
• Certification: Valid Massage Therapist or Physiotherapy certification/diploma from a recognized institution.
• Technique Mastery: Proficiency in Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Relaxation techniques is essential. Knowledge of other specialized modalities (e.g., Sports Massage, Cupping) is a strong advantage.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English and/or Arabic required for client communication and team collaboration.
• Personal Attributes: Highly compassionate, professional, clean, organized, and dedicated to a collaborative work ethic.
