Dispatch Team Lead job opportunity – PM shift for US operations with ASM Group

ASM is looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Dispatch Team Lead to lead its dispatch team and actively manage daily operations. The ideal candidate will have previous dispatching experience, strong leadership and decision-making skills, and the ability to coordinate technicians, manage work orders, and handle urgent requests efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role that involves leading, training, coordinating, and supporting the dispatch team to ensure smooth daily operations and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the dispatch team to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Coordinate technicians and manage work orders effectively.

• Monitor daily dispatch activities and ensure timely task completion.

• Handle urgent requests and prioritize tasks according to operational needs.

• Make quick and effective decisions in challenging situations.

• Train and support team members to improve performance and productivity.

• Escalate operational issues when necessary and ensure appropriate follow-up.

• Maintain clear communication with team members and relevant departments.

• Ensure that dispatch operations run smoothly and that service commitments are met.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Previous experience coordinating technicians and managing work orders.

• Ability to manage urgent requests and work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead a team while remaining actively involved in daily operations.
