SUD Restobar is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef Cuisine to lead kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity in menu development, and extensive experience managing professional kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and performance.
- Develop and update menus in line with the restaurant concept.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen team members.
- Ensure efficient kitchen workflow during service hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurants, restobars, or hospitality establishments.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
