Tom Grill Snack & Grill is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Cashier / Dispatcher to join our growing team in Mansourieh. If you have experience in cashier operations, order management, and customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Cashier / Dispatcher, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling customer payments, managing takeaway and delivery orders, and coordinating with the kitchen and delivery team to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Handle customer orders for takeaway and delivery.
- Receive orders:
- In-store
- By telephone
- Through delivery applications
- Dispatch and coordinate orders efficiently.
- Ensure all customer orders are processed correctly and on time.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Work closely with the kitchen and delivery staff to ensure smooth service.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier, Dispatcher, or in a similar position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask under pressure.
