Position Overview

As a Bridal Department Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing an outstanding experience for brides during one of the most important moments of their lives. You’ll be responsible for guiding clients through the selection process, managing appointments, maintaining a luxurious showroom environment, and supporting the sales team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist brides during their appointments with warmth and professionalism

• Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge tailored to client needs

• Manage appointment schedules and follow up with clients

• Oversee fitting sessions and coordinate with tailors or seamstresses when needed

• Maintain showroom organization, cleanliness, and display aesthetics

• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales targets and deliver exceptional service

• Support inventory control and new arrivals setup

• Address client concerns and ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements

• A genuine passion for fashion, especially bridal and formalwear

• Previous sales or retail experience (bridal industry experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

• Proficiency in scheduling and using basic digital tools (e.g., email, calendar apps)
