Key Responsibilities
Branch Manager
- Oversee daily store operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage inventory and store presentation
Sales Associate
- Assist customers and provide styling recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support sales objectives
- Handle cashier duties when needed
- Deliver a positive shopping experience
Stock Keeper
- Organize and manage stock inventory
- Receive and arrange merchandise
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Support store operations efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good organizational skills
- Flexible and motivated personality
