We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our team in Abidjan. The ideal candidate will support the Brand Manager in overseeing all operational and commercial aspects of our retail branches. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure brand consistency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and manage commercial activities across all branches.
– Oversee and optimize stock levels, including inter-branch transfers.
– Supervise branch employees and ensure alignment with brand standards.
– Conduct and coordinate staff training sessions.
– Set, track and analyze sales targets and KPIs.
– Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives.
– Ensure high-quality customer service across all locations.
– Coordinate and track shipments and inventory deliveries.
– Supervise Visual Merchandising to ensure proper brand presentation.
– Support day-to-day branch operations and act as a link between branches and head office.
Requirements:
– Fluency in French (spoken and written).
– Proven experience in the retail fashion/clothing industry.
– Strong understanding of retail operations and customer-service best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
– Leadership mindset and team-management capabilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and POS systems.
– Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
