1. Sales Associate

Akiki’s Cigars is looking for motivated, customer-oriented Sales Associates to join its team at either the Kaslik Flagship Store or Downtown Beirut location. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, personalized service.
• Assist customers in selecting products according to their needs and preferences.
• Present product features and provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Interest in premium retail and hospitality is an advantage.

2. Cashier

Job Description

Akiki’s Cigars is seeking a reliable and organized Cashier to join its team at the Kaslik Flagship Store or Downtown Beirut location. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, handling payments, and providing courteous customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle transactions and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
• Ensure the cash register is organized and balanced according to company procedures.
• Assist customers professionally and support daily store operations.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience in cashiering or retail.
• Comfortable handling cash, card payments, and POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
