SHAMMAS is hiring an Administration and Sales Officer to join our team in the aluminum industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in aluminum systems and play a key role in supporting office administration and sales coordination activities.
This position is office-based and requires hands-on knowledge of aluminum profiles, systems, and technical documentation to efficiently support sales operations and client needs.
Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative and office operations

Prepare quotations, offers, and technical documentation

Coordinate between sales team, suppliers, and clients

Support sales activities with technical aluminum knowledge

Follow up on orders, deliveries, and client requests

Maintain accurate records, files, and reports

Assist in customer communication and after-sales support
Requirements
-
Strong technical background in the aluminum industry

Solid knowledge of Technal, Sidem 2000, or other aluminum systems

Experience in administration and sales coordination

Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
