Shammas Aluminum

SHAMMAS is hiring an Administration and Sales Officer to join our team in the aluminum industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in aluminum systems and play a key role in supporting office administration and sales coordination activities.

This position is office-based and requires hands-on knowledge of aluminum profiles, systems, and technical documentation to efficiently support sales operations and client needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office operations

  • Prepare quotations, offers, and technical documentation

  • Coordinate between sales team, suppliers, and clients

  • Support sales activities with technical aluminum knowledge

  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and client requests

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports

  • Assist in customer communication and after-sales support


Requirements

  • Strong technical background in the aluminum industry

  • Solid knowledge of Technal, Sidem 2000, or other aluminum systems

  • Experience in administration and sales coordination

  • Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
