Panda Plast is hiring a Stock Controller to join its team in Beirut, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in stock control or inventory management, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, reconciling stock records, tracking stock transfers, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Track and monitor stock transfers between locations or storage areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock-related documentation.
• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies and reporting errors.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report inventory data.
• Ensure proper stock documentation and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all stock-related activities.

Key Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Beirut.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stock control or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures.
• Experience in stock reconciliation and monitoring stock transfers.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory-related tasks efficiently.
