CETCO Group is hiring a Hotel Manager for a grand hotel project in Karbalaa, Iraq.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hospitality professional to lead operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage all aspects of hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B.

• Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control.

• Supervise and develop staff to ensure operational excellence.

• Coordinate with departments to achieve strategic goals and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality leadership role.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Excellent understanding of hotel management software and operations.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multicultural teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
